well, this is something
"Legendary Pictures, the studio behind great films such as The Dark Knight, Watchmen, The Hangover and 300 have picked up the rights to make Mass Effect. Legendary Pictures will produce with Thomas Tull, Jon Jashni along with Avi Arad (who has been behind great films like Iron Man, X-Men and Spider-Man). From BioWare Ray Muzyka, Greg Zeschuck and Casey Hudson will serve as executive producers."

I don't know. They haven't even completed the story arc, right? It is a trilogy? Seems kind of premature. It's cool that bioware dudes are on the project though.
ReplyDeleteYea Dan, it's a trilogy.
ReplyDeleteI have a feeling the movie will just be an isolated story with elements of the Mass Effect IP. Think about it though. It would be so easy to come up with makeup/costumes for the Asari, Turains, and Quarians.
I just came across this and I'd like to add it to the discussion.

at least the previous titles of people involved aren't on my list of things that suck ass.
ReplyDeletein fact i enjoyed everything mentioned.
might be a worthwhile watch but there is no way it could ever live up to the game, even if the third were to crash and burn.
